I gave my nephew some new "material" last night

My nephew is 11 or 12 and he loves to be the funny guy. He does the little tap you on the other shoulder so you look in that direction when he's standing on the other side. Anything to get a laugh. Well, last night he got me on IM and asked what I was up to. I told him "About 5'6" and he about died laughing! He loved it! He tells me "I'm going to use that!" I've been saying that to people for years and I guess it's just not funny any more to me, but it's just a habit some times. I hope he gets some good laughs out of it, I know I've gone a long way with it.

My nephew is 10 now and I sure do love to tease him also. A lot of the time I tease him and he does not get it. He has a learning disorder so he is a little slow at times. He is a wonderful child and I do dearly love him.

Oh, I love those kids!! I have a 3 year old grand-nephew that WANTS to believe what his great-aunt says, but sometimes he's a bit too smart for that. Actually, his IQ is way off the charts, just like his parents... But he's still so cute when he looks up to me as if I know everything :)
They are so precious, no matter the age or the abilities ...

Yes he is because he believes everything Auntie says.

It is so funny to go along with it though when you're older and the kids think it's the greatest thing!

He's a kid, and loves to be funny. We usually have a great time when he's around - which isn't often, they live in FL.
