Would someone go to prison if they broadcast a tv show in analog?

I mean if they broadcast it after February 17, 2009. If so then that is ridiculous. They are going to turn the person who broadcast tv shows in analog to a monster if that person goes to prison.

I dont know that it would work anyway. But it could be possible the new one world government wants to free this frequency for the new tags they will place on products.

I say if someone wants to broadcast in analog let them. But I go by the facts though.
