There is a general tendency among some people to blame the politicians for the present economic crisis a country is facing. Do you subscribe to this view? Is it justified to hold the politicians responsible?

They are not totally responsible, the companies that made billions off of these scams, and the people that made the scams up, have to accept more of the blame. You can blame the politics that accepted $200 million to get ride of the Glass-Stegall at in 1996. There is also some blame given to George W. Bush, who warned the country about this in 2005 (when his party controlled the entire government) and did nothing to stop it. There is alot of blame to go around here, and it is time that someone steps up fixes the problems that they made.

Politicians and government helped it happen. As this is a multifaceted problem, it's pure ignorance to say the blame lies solely at the feet of one group of people. THAT said, all the people to blame are probably more or less connected...I've seen some things to suggest that, though at the moment I'm not of the opinion that there IS some bigger conspiracy like some others are presently thinking. Just a series of events led by ignorant people at all the higher positions...with corresponding ignorant actions by some on the ladder down. Isn't that more or less how it always happens?

Well my dear the politicians are elected to look after the affairs of the citizens and because they so corrupt even when they see disaster they still encourage it. For instance in my country there were some unregulated schemes here that was flourishing for years. Person placing their money to receive 10-1. The elected persons know that it would not work but didn't do anything about it. As you know about pyramid schemes it fail. Alot of persons who wanted to be rich overtime are left burn. My elder sister is one of them. I am glad that I was not encourage to go there as well. You see typical human will blamed the politicians but sometimes you have to look at yourself as well.

Absolutely. Our employees in Washington knew exactly what was going on and they also knew the results that would be produced by it. We pay a number of experts that inform different members of government concerning things like this. That's why I say this crash was planned and members of our own government was in on it. If they had no been in on it they would have stopped it and they didn't. You can bet there was a lot of money changed hands under the table on this deal too.
