I guess megalido closed down..

I have never believed in HYIPs because of their business model which to me is not solid. I think many of us had received pre-launch offers of similar schemes. If their business model is good and fool proof banks and governments would have jumped onto the bandwagon. These schemes basically rely on the money paid by new members to pay members whose accounts have reached maturity. So schemes like this require an ever expanding member base. As for Megalido there were signs it was turning into a scam. Unfortunately the initial euphoria made many members dismiss these signs. all the best in your future endevours, rosdimy

I just heard about it yesterday. I am a member of Megalido but not an active one. I haven't invested anything there despite the admin critising other HYIP scam sites and insist that they are not the same. I have also heard about the discussions in MyLot about Megalido reducing the rate of return and extending the length of return. There may still be a possibility that something happened to the admin or something wrong with the server? How long has the site been down? Anyone knows?
