situation in our lives can cause great problem. fussing about the situation will only drive you over the edge, but when situation faces and causes us not to function. One way we can deal with it is, get away from it all. If you recognize that you are a stress sufferer, one of the best things you can do is to take a complete break from normal. I know there are different opinions to how long that complete break should be, but I think if its even for a couple of hours that time will allow you to clear you head and relaxes you. And I believe that will help. Doing that will allow you to deal with the situation on a positive note.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage stress, as it is part of life in busy world. But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.

I'm assuming you are referring to overwhelming stress because a certain amount of stress can be useful. It can motivate us to make changes in our lives or to complete projects we have started. In general stress can make us more productive. On the other hand there is a fine line between helpful stress and debilitating stress. When stress becomes so heavy that it paralyzes us and all we can do is sit around and obsess over what is stressing us it is indeed time to take a break. Whether you get completely away from the thing that is causing the stress or just alter your routine, you may find it beneficial. Each person must learn what will work best for him. Personally, I usually refocus on getting back to the basics, but sometimes I find a complete change of scenery is what is required.

How long a break does not really matter, what matters is that you take a break. Even if it is to just take a few seconds to breath. Sometimes it helps to just walk away. When you come back to the task you will be less stressed and able to complete your task.
