The discussions on MyLot here say quite different things about Occupex. Some say it's a scam and has closed down. Some say, it now takes around 20 days for payout -maybe due to the global meltdown. What's the fact of the matter? Should we keep clicking or not? I have requested the second payout on Dec 1. And I am nearing the third now. I am confused. Please throw some light on this issue!

it is a scam now..it use to be a great site because it pays according to TOS but i guess after they got the investments from members they got idle and wont even respond to members..i tried to contact them but no response for three times now and the forum is disabled..

Many sites are having issues with alertpay. I got my payout within 4 days on paypal. So i am sure it isnt a scam. I got payout 2 days ago. So perhaps people are having a problem with Occupex due to using Alertpay.
