What is your favorite pizza recipe or even type of pizza? My favorite: I defrost and let rise a bag of yeast rolls for 2 to 3 hours in the oven with a pan of water in the bottom. (heat the oven just a little before putting in but turn off as soon as it is in!) 1 onion diced and put in a frying pan 1-2 tablespoons of olvie oil or bacon grease in the pan 1 diced clove of garlic 1-2 dashes rosemary 1-2 dashes oregano 1-2 dashes thyme 1-2 dashes basil 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar 2-3 tablespoons brown sugar. Then let slowly cook on low heat till onions are clear Then add one can of tomatoe paste and add a little water till it is not so thick. take the dough that has risen and spread it out and put the sauce on top with cheddar and mozzerella cheese. Then I personally like bacon and pineapple as the topping of choice.
