yes, if they accepted your account, they deposited the few cents in your account and you wrote them back and told them what those few cents were and they said it was exactly right then you are okay, if not you need to contact paypal.

Since you are from India, I do not think you need to verify your account. Just you have to give the bank MICR code and Bank account number and they would transfer the INR value in your bank account within 5-7 working days. All leading private banks have tie up with Paypal and it works pretty good. If it is less than 7000 INR they charge you 50 INR and if its more than that they do it for free. Hope this helps.

U need to enter your credit card details in the pay pal account to get the verified status. If you do not have credit card or do not want to give the details your account will stay unverified. But you can still send and recieve payments and withdraw the received money by enetering you bank account details even if you pay pal account is unverified.So go ahead and update yourpay pal account by entering you bank account details and then request them to transfer the money to your bank account.
