hi all! chocolate is one of the best things in life. it's so tasty and decadent... and it's even good for your health despite notions of calories and fat. and of course, chocolate, like wines, cheeses and meats, has its own "gourmet" or high-end versions. in my case, i've had different kinds of chocolate, from low-end, such as the ones produced in my country, to mid-range, such as Hershey's, Meiji and Nestlé, to one of the higher-end chocolates, such as Ferrero. the only costly chocolate that i'm eating is Ferrero. it's hard to find other higher-end chocolates in supermarkets here, although i'm very curious about them because they say that it's like tasting wine, cheese or beer... there are hints or notes of fruitiness, caramel, cocoa and the likes. how about you guys? what was the most expensive chocolate that you've ever tasted? how is it different from typical chocolates?
