megalido working??

Although I was an inactive member of Megalido, I thought they were like the crusader of HYIP claiming that HYIP scams site should be shut. What a nice way to attract "investors" into the site. Are there any confirmation that the admin of Megalido has ran off with the money rather than a server problem? I hope that everyone is able to file for a chargeback and claim back their money.
