Old Fashioned and Wholesome Movies

It is my thought and opinion that old fashion movies without violence or explicit nature are the best kinds of movies for me.
My mom recently rented a series of movies called Anne of Green Gables. The movies were made from a series of books written in the early 1900s. What beautiful scenery and such interesting stories in a nice clean movie. We sat last week and watched almost 4 hours of one DVD and after we were done, I was craving for more. I don't think that you can say that about new movies these days.

There are a lot of nice animated movies that are good. The Pixar movies are great, and they are not just for kids. Some of them are very heartwarming, like Cars. Monsters Inc was a movie that was very funny and also wholesome with no adult stuff, but everyone I know liked that movie, even my friend who is very into horror movies loved it. Finding Nemo is another good one. You can't go wrong with Pixar.

I love the Anne of Green Gables movies. I think I use to have them. There are some movies that have been put out these days that are nice, clean movies, but it's just a matter of finding them.
