What abuse and explotation are south asians facing?

As far as I know, specially the people of south Asian countries are being abused sexually , mentally, physically and in other ways. Mot people even do not get to eat and sleep properly. Do you guys know what the governments of south Asian countries doing to stop these acts? What is the rate of people who are abused and exploited? People like us also should be concerned about these issues. what do you think we can do about it? Any ideas guys?
