Some people in this world are really sick! Those poor kittens. I read the article you referenced, and I'm glad the ASPCA stepped in. I hope that woman is prosecuted to the full extent of the law. I also hope that anyone who already purchased one of her kittens had the kindness to remove the piercings.

Wow! That adds a horrible thought that I didn't even think of. If the kittens had gotten the piercings out and ingested them, they could have really messed up their insides. Now I doubly glad that ASPCA stepped in. I hate it when people do weird things to animals. Every so often, especially around Halloween, I get an email of cats and dogs that have been dyed all sorts of strange colors, and in bizaar patterns. I cringe when I see those too.

yeah even if the dye doesnt hurt them it just seems stupid and and unnecessary to annoy the pets with dying their hair

I didn't know you could do that. That is cruelty to animals. I wonder why PETA or some other organization isn't doing something about it.

maybe they will step in later.. although peta stays so busy and it was one lady with one batch of kittens and if they are all safe now peta might not think it was worth making a deal about (not that it means it was any less awful)

poor little things, I hope they are okay, no, I wouldn't buy a kitten like that that somebody else hurt just so she could sell them, I would be contributing to her cruelty if I did.

Just when you think you've seen it all. I hope thy prosecute this idiot to the maximum. That is crazy. And to think she works with pets everyday in a grooming shop. This should b som good publicity for her business huh? GEESH

i dont see how any one would want to hurt animals! and i am paranoid enough when my dog has to stay at the vet or boarders and then i read this stuff and i really dont ever wanna leave them!

Talk about twisted sense of humanity. I don't see how she saw putting holes into a kitten for piercings was alright. Seriously i don't get it. I didn't know that you CAN sell live animals on eBay! By the way they said that she is an animal groomer?! So her job is to tend to animals and take care of them... i think someone needs to redefine what taking care of an animal means because she clearly didn't understand.
