8 hours' sleep

Do you keep 8 hours' sleep every day, more or less? I would rather stay up late than get up early, but as a student in college you have to consider otherone's idea,so I basicaly go to bed at 11:00pm.When there are classes in the morning I have to get up ,but when on holiday I cann' t force me to get up.I always blame myself for wasting time.

I have just changed my sleep pattern a few days back. I have been trying to go to sleep by 12 midnight and wake up around 6:30 in the morning but the problem is I would still be awake on my bed staring at the ceiling until 2 am and then I would be feeling very tired to wake up at 6:30 and due to do that I always ended up getting out of bed by 8:30am.. However, I just going to keep on trying to make myself sleep by 12 midnight so that if I could get up by 6:30 am I would have ample time to do some exercises as it is much nicer to exercise in the morning rather than at any other time... Lol...I try, though it is harder in practice. I'm on holidays right now from Uni, and I sleep at 2 or 3 in the morning. Come Uni, the latest I'll sleep is 11 or 12, to get up at 6 the next morning to catch the train into the city. I try to get to sleep earlier, but I get distracted easily lol..so I end up watching a movie at 11 coz I the dvd was lying on the table that I walked past on my way to bed. It's bad though lol...but try man, better to try and fail then not try at all. lol.

As a student, it it the suitable time during sleeping. Yes, like you say, you can not waste time. You see, you have lots of knowledge to learn. Catch up each minute, come on!

hello there... well, i pretty much sleep very late like 12 or even 2am... and wake up at 11am the next day... lol... i think that between 7-8 hours of sleep daily is really good and necessary... because that's the ideal time to keep our body to relax and get activated again... but i don't do it always... bad me...
