I have seen people just apologising for the sake of it. My team mebbers say sorry so often that their apology has lost is credibility over time. Kindly share your experiences. Your responses are appreciated.

For some people words like SORRY comes out like a reflect: they don`t really mean the meaning of sorry, they say it just because it is appropriate to say it in that particular situation. I have accepted SORRY for the same person like 4 times, afterwards I simply didn`t take it seriously nor accept those words of sorry. It was a waste of my energy and my nerves. You should not take Your work colleagues seriously as well. They might just make fun of You, because You always accept their SORRY words. STOP and You will be surprised how the situation will change. Good luck!

Yes, maybe you are right. I think so that some 'sorry's are not genuine 'sorry's. But I am not a mind reader. So I can just believe what they say. If they say 'sorry', It means they are sorry. It is said that eyes are windows of heart. But mouth is the door of it. We can see inside someone's house from its windows, but that's not the polite way. If we come to visit some friend, we will enter his house through its door, not its windows. That's is the polite way to enter a house. Similarly, if we want to deal with people, we can just deal based on his words, not our interpretation on his eyes condition.
