Information on a Windsor pump organ,and its use.

I have purchased a Windsor pump organ in working order.I have no experience in piano,or organ,but would like to learn.I would like to find out the method of pump organ use,and information on free on-line lessons. Also,I would like to learn the organs age,and possible value. It does not have the top piece,but works pretty well.Not all of the pulls have any effect,and I would like to learn how to do minor maintence,and repairs myself. The finish is in decent condition,but I would like to refinish it.My concern is that by doing so I may diminish the value of the organ. Any information/links would be very helpful,and appreciated.
