Everytime I feel depress or disappointed, I felt my stomach are craving for a chocolate or anything that is sweet. I think there is some connections with my brain and my emotions and my stomach which my brain cells ask for something sweet as my atindepressant. How about that? How about you? Do you feel the same?

I think there is a connection between chocolate and depression. I know it makes me feel better. I do recall reading somewhere there is something in chocolate but I can't remember what it is. I wish they would take some of the calories out though because my figure is giving me away lately.

I try to shift from a milk chocolate to a dark chocolate everytime I feel myself craving for it since they said dark chocolates makes you less fat.

Dark chocolate is my favorite so I'm glad to hear it has less fat.

Not really. But I do know that food helps to get out of depression! If it is chocolate- not sure about that one, but it can be something sweet or something `normal`: salads, tea, potatos, corn, etc. In the recent days I eat chocolate A LOT. Maybe it is not depression, but just a hunger for sweets! ;)
