Are you fluent in english?

I would give 7/10 or 8/10. I don`t have difficulties to understand what others are saying and I can type easily in this language. But I do make some grammar mistakes sometimes, and sometimes I need to look into dictionary and find the appropriate word that I want to use in the sentence. (While answered to Your question- I did not look inside dictionary not even a single time! Bravo for me!) :))

Even though English is not my native tongue, I would say I'm pretty fluent in it. I can speak, read and write with it. I'm quite comfortable using it, and these days, its the only language I used. I do admit sometimes, I might messed up some tenses and pronouns when I get flustered. I speak it with barely a touch of an accent, and most people who talk to me would hardly believe that it is not my first language. I prefer to write in English though. For me, its the language I can express very well my thoughts on paper, on in this case, on screen.
