the people who live are not necessarily leading happy lives. they are the ones who matter because the way they handle their responsible lives has touched so many lives.
responsible parents who matter to their kids will never be counted as people who merely exist. they are in existence with a purpose. they may be dealing with one problem after another (not surprising considering how pressing and depressing life is these days) but they are leading purposeful lives.
maybe, there will always be differences of opinion among men. our differences and creativity, these are the things that keep the world moving the way it should. we talk and communicate with each other to continuously share thoughts and ideas. this thing or activity, will be absent if there are no differences among men.
what is important though, is the realization that not so many among us have been living full happy lives. only so few has had the opportunity to be able to have this kind of life in their lifetime. how lucky can they get!

I refuse to just exist! Some people think my idea of living to the max is weird, but they don't have to like what I like, such as time alone and quiet to read or to be on the Lot, or to get lost in the sounds of the music. I'm learning more nad more about refusing to do things because I'm supposed to or because somebody thinks I should. Being my own woman means everything! It also keeps my husband guessing, and I think that's a great thing -- he can't take me for granted if he never knows what to expect.

I try my best to live life to the fullest by being the best that I can be in any given situation. "Simply existing" is like how I feel when I'm sick and I *have* to stay in bed and I'm bored and I'm guilty because I feel bored x__x
Thanks for the comment on my discussion!
