Fresh fruits are very healthful for every body. If we eat only one apple daily then we keep us healthy, fit and fine. and no need to medicines and doctor. All fruits are keep us healthy. like orange. orange is full of vitamin C. like lemon. A reap guava is helpful to us. But remember one thing after eating fruits do not take water at once. wait for some time after that drink water. if you drink water after the fruits immediately then you will got fall ill. So eat fruits with a care full way. and be healthy.................

You know, I agree with alot of this. I did not know about the not drinking water after fruit bit but I'm glad that I know this now. I will no longer drink water right after eating healthy fruit. Thank you for your dedication to my well being. :)
