Women's identity is shrouded with such mystery that men bothered not to ask. People settled for the stereotype of a homemaker mending socks, changing diapers, baking cookies and separating whites from coloreds. She could be the faithful wife, the doting mother, the loving daughter. If she ever acquire power, it is presumed that she must have gotten lucky, inherited it or used her feminine wiles to manipulate the minds of men.For the longest time, her only claim to fame was the ability to bring life into this world. Her greatest priority is motherhood. Her place in society is beside her man.
This ideology has been so deeply nurtured by the patriarchal system that women has actually grown to believe it. She has given up opportunities, sacrificed her beliefs and surrendered her desires because of imposed limitations. Life might have been a lot different if they were made aware of their potentials.
It is undeniable that there are a number of women writers advocating a shift towards female improvement. They author stories, essays, criticisms and poems depicting women-- their triumphs and tragedies, strengths and weaknesses, duties toward God, family, society and herself. By peeling each layer of the feminine psyche, they are able to highlight women's capabilities to grow above society's expectations and reservations. For behind great women are their very selves.

First of all cheers to all women :)) Proud to be a women :) Behind every great woman, is there her self confidence :) She can fight and with stand all sort of situations, mental pressures and stress. May be in few cases , her partner take equal role in supporting, its really a rare case, lucky too. But in general , woman can manage all scenarios with the power and shower of almighty. I have said it once that men and women are created equally and do need each other for their success in life. If a good woman is behind a great man then most possibly a good woman is coupled with a very supportive husband. Somebody who knows how to handle a good woman and reassures her of her strength and abilities. There are men who really knows how to appreciate things women do even they are not asked about it. If a good woman don't have any insecurities of a good husband because all she can see is the undying support and love then they have lived a very harmonious life together.
