Have you ever traveled in a Low cost Airlines, I recently had the experience of riding in one from Chennai to New Delhi, the total traveling time is something in the region of 3hours, and in these flights they do not serve any refreshments and even if we ask for water, it is grudgingly given and at the same time the stewards let us know that Mineral water is available for a cost. Further the costs of any food stuff is nearly 10 times the rate which is available at the outside. Have you had any experience in traveling in such Low cost Airlines. Your responses.

I've been able to travel about 5x already on these "budget" airlines. My comment would generally go along the lines of saying you really do get what you paid for. These kind of flights are ok enough as long as you don't set too much expectations. The flights are "bearable" but since most of them are short enough, they really are at the least survivable. They get you to your destination in one piece. As I initially mentioned, i already took a number of flights on them. And unless I get a very unpleasant experience, I expect to do so again and again in the future.
