I get so disgusted with people lying to me: why do people lie???

I am so upset ..I have had several people telling me lies in the past week..It irks me to no end..and worst part is ..they actually believe I don't know the truth about the subject at hand.. Why do you think people lie????

Why? Maybe they don't want to hurt your feelings? Or they want to look good in your eyes. Don't want to face the truth. Maybe when you catch someone telling you a lie, ask them why they are lying? But, don't put yourself down. Be happy, be yourself and live your life. Take care.

TO me.. it hurts my feelings more..to think people ..some people..not the majority..will lie to me.. Sometimes..there are things people know..and if at first they are hurtful..soon enough the pain goes away.... THanks for your thoughts.

Stand tall. Try to focus on the good things in life. Try not to waste your time on people that are not worth it. (I am not saying , it cannot hurt your feelings. Of course it hurts, but try to not let it bother you.) Take care.
