A problem with google earth. Can you help me?

I downloaded google earth and installed it. But when I opened it, an error appeared saying something like: "Impossible to connect to the google earth servers". I don't know what may be wrong with it. Did anyone encounter this problem before? How can I solve it? I use Vista, if it matters.

You can refresh your browser,then mybe you can see the map.I can use it and i use Vista.
