How much can you sleep?

If I get my 8 hours I am a happy camper. I need at least 7 to say I have had a good night's rest. But if I have 7 each night, I sleep at least 9 hours on the weekends to catch up.

usually I sleep about 5-6 hours but sometimes I can sleep 7 hours if I'm very tired

I usually get about five or six hours of sleep every night. If I go to bed late, I STILL get up at the same time. On these occasions I only sleep about 2 – 3 hours. You might say I have a built-in alarm clock that wakes me up at the same time, regardless.

I don't sleep much at all... I'm lucky if I can go four hours straight without waking up.
