When you feeling stressed at work, do you take few minutes off?

I do take few minutes to shake away negative feelings, I count slowly from 1 to 10 while focusing on my breath, I wash my face, and pull my shoulder back, I smile and go back to my work. Have a nice day to all of you! Advance Merry Christmas!

I do. I think that it is important to look for something to do or think about when we feel stressed because sometimes, stress leads to depression. Sometimes, I talk with my officemate or subordinates, check other departments and make a phone call at home. It helps when we take a few minutes off especially when we are mentally and physically stressed. Have a nice day to you!
