I just read a report on how the banks are not giving any reports or hardly tracking how their bailout money is being used. Or should I say theý refuse to tell how they are using our money that we the people are lending them. This country is so full of crap! It doesn't make sense to give money to the companies that have made billions allready. The people are the ones that need to be bailed out. But what does this country do? Give back to the rich!! But yet I have to submit a well out written businsess plan in order to recieve a government grant. An hope that I get rewarded one. Here's my business plan proposal for a grant: I'm f#cking broke, and I need money so I can put a roof and food on the table for me and my family!! I should be able to walk into a bank and say "I'm making a withdrawal of all my tax dollars that I lent to you, I'm not paying it back because it's MY MONEY!! have a nice day, go screw yourself!". The bottom line is the people are the ones that need help. Not the corporations. Why waste money bailing out the auto industry? So they can keep making expensive cars that people won't buy! Wouldn't it make sense to give the bailout money to the PEOPLE so they can by the cars, or a home? This just proves my point that the only people that get taken care of are the rich. The government uses our tax dollars to give money to the billion dollar companies, so they can keep making expensive products that no one can afford. I'm not thinking about buying a new car. I'm worried about job security and having a roof over my head. What's more important, a new Lexus or a place to live? A new Mercedes or a secure job? You can't live and work out of a luxury car!!!

unbelievable isnt it? take from the peons to help keep the rich living in their mansions..or their summer homes..oh crap i forgot..they are now in their WINTER homes!! my mistake. its enraging, disheartening and still on of those " ::sigh:: why did we ever expect anything else?" type of responses. truly, we keep holding out the hope that our government is working for US the PEOPLE, but sure as hell seems like that is happening less and less every single day i turn on the news.

I've never had any opinion on how te government works up until now. We've all heard the frase the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. And by the actions of these bailout plans I can finaly agree with that statement. It's very sad and it pisses me off to know that we live in a world where our tax dollars are being used to be given back the rich. Does that even sound right? Lets's give our money to the billion dollar companies, they need it the most. Instead of giving the people money to buy the cars and houses, lets use it to produce more expensive products that they can't afford! And were will that have us in a few more years? probably giving out more bailout money because all there will be are more car at the dealerships not being sold.
