How To Report a hacker?? my account has been hack by some one in my other site i think we need to get some secret question or something to avoid that thanks

I'm going to be strong and post here despite the risks...: Tell the admins. about the situation, explain it to them as good as you can. I think thats the first thing you should do. And number 2, stay calm.
