Basically a cat revitalizes the economy of a local town just by being "cute" rasp. I don't know how else to put it! I got this from a newsletter im subscribed to and couldn't help but gape at my screen with an open mouth! http://www.flixxy.com/million-dollar-cat.htm (video) Would you spend hundreds upon thousands of dollars to travel to see a CAT? If so WHY? If not also why? Personally i wouldn't because plenty of cute stray cats around here lol Do you think that if you do something in your area it would have such an impact? Or do you think that is just one lucky cat? ---sorry for repost forgot to add link!---

I think thay have a good thing going and are really taking advantage of the tourist trade for the cat. It might be a nice trip for a day. But for my self I like my cat and don't mind other cats but no I wouldn't take a train ride just to see a cat. But that is just me.

Thing is that these people are going out of their way spending $100's of dollars in travel expenses to get to that station lol one lady in the clip said she traveled 6 hours so she could see the cat which is wearing a conductor's hat! =P

It is strange the length that people will go to to see something different or unusual. I am glad for the town though.
