Have you ever had problems dealing with them? Have they ever taken money from your credit/debit card without authorization? They did to me...five times, even after I canceled my account and deleted the credit card number. I am trying to get it straighten it out now, but their customer service department isn't responding to my emails. I also cannot locate a phone number to contact them. What would you do? Do you have any advice? Thanks so much.

Tell your credit card company and they can file a charge back for you. And help you get your money back. Tell them you didn't give them permission to take the money and that you canceled the account anf they keep taking money.

I will have to try that. I am getting nowhere with BMG. It sucks that such a supposibly reputible company does that.

Tell your credite card company and fight the charges. You can do a chargeback and the credit card company can help you get your money back. I personally don't like that company.
