What is the Best PTC site to PAY for upgraded membership on?

Ok, I am looking for sites that pay with pal pay, tha accept py al as payment and are open to people in the USA. I am looking info frorm people who have already paid to upgrade thier membership on various ptc sites. I would like to know, which site? how much did it cost? how long is the upgrade good for? what are the beneifts to that site? also how long have you been an upgraded member and do you feel i was worth it? Iam thinking of upgrading a few sites and I want to get the most bang for my buck so to speak. I want to tru and avoid tossing money out the window and earn a bit faster on the ptc sites I am on. any input would be great. Thanks!
