Is looks or intelligence important ??

Looks are great, problem is since most people feel that way we tend to overlook the ones who aren't so great looking and therefore lose out on something great in most cases. It's only human nature to love something beautiful, but intelligence is awesome as well. I would hate to be involved with someone I deemed goodlooking and not be able to have the most simple conversation with them. That would get so boring.

Definitely looks. Just look at TV, when was the last time they cast someone for being smart? Smart people, they just go blah blah blah until you want to punch them.

It depends on how much time you give me to spend with that person. If I have to spend more time with a person means it is better that person is intelligent. Looking intelligent is also important!

I too think both are important........looks create a first impression ..which could be improved further with intelligence.Looks alone can't survive without intelligence........n intelligence seems dull without looks

Looks really needs intelligence as well. Looks without that that is really nothing. If you have intelligence and the looks are not much or not bad, thats still good.

Both are Important Having one u can achieve other Eg. Micheal Jackson having money achieves white skin

To me personally it is both looks and personally, they are both as important in a relationship cos I have to find the person attractive and be able to have a good laugh and deep discussions! As far as the media is concerned it most definatley is just looks cos there are some real air heads being made famous purely because they look good or have 'large assets'

Intelligence is because in the long run intellignece is what will remain the looks may not

i think beauty and brains go together so u have to sacrifice one aspect ur looking for so i prefer beauty its a great feeling to have a good looking girlas ur friend wat do u people feel

Intelligence and personality, my friends never believe me on this and I don't why. Ok, I'm less likely to introduce myself to an ugly guy but once we're introduced I honestly don't care about the looks and that's God's truth. Aren't women supposed to care less about the looks of their men than men do about their girl?

I think it's really important. I think the ability to relate and intelligence go hand in hand. Without either one, people wouldn't really enjoy your company. In most jobs, you might need to be approachable [personality-wise] since you need to interact with other people [probably to get them to buy more things. Hahaha.]. But I think it's more important than rich parents and looks; although I think intelligence should be at the same level as relating to people. If you weren't that smart, and you talk to people, what would you talk with them about? I don't know really. That's what I think though. :]

ofcourse the lion share importance goes to intelligence,but still looks are neither the least important

..yeah these 2 are very important..but if i am going to choose to thse 2, i would choose intelligence..coz if you got the brain then you can make your self beatiful..but if you only have a looks and dont have the brain you tend be lost in a milky way..but combining the these are alot better..
