Regarding Ebay, India, they will definitely send it even if is a rural place, but as the other mylotters have mentioned, check up on the seller, see if he has got good references and ratings,before bidding or buying. As for Ebay International, the postage itself will be more than the price of the any of the stuff you buy there, moreover we do not know what the customs will do, whether they will send it without and customs duty or we may have to pay the customs duty as extra. So take care before ordering anything from Ebay International.

As people have said before e-bay does not send you anything its people that sell that send you. You can check if they send internationaly if they are from other countries or if they are in India what the procedure is. The best thing is for you to ask the seller before you place a bid and remember that you will have to pay for the postage if they send you things.

If there is a postal service of some sort, then I imagine it is quite possible for you to obtain items from ebay. It is not actually ebay which does the posting, it is the seller whom you buy from. You may want to inquire further with the seller as to what their postage costs would be. Hope you get what you are looking for.
