I would like to suggest one thing for you. You may use free css templates as I am using it for my websites. Open sources is preferred because you can freely change color, and design. HTML and CSS is best. If you plan to add contents daily, use word press. I like your navigation bar design. Background do not agree with navigation. Lighter background would be better. Otherwise, your site is very informative. Keep up good work.

it is just a simple site using html. if you want to change the content frequently, this may be difficult . i see that you put a link to your blog there . i suggest that you could use wordpress . if you want to have a view , you can go to my blog which uses wordpress.
