What are your plans for today? I don't really have any. I'm going to shower soon, then I have to start cooking a dish for hubby's work party and take it to him by 1pm. He's out of work at 3 today. He still has some wrapping to do when he gets home, plus he said there's something else he needs to finish up that may take him a couple hours. He won't tell me what it is, but it's not shopping because he can do it at home. I'm very intrigued, but I guess I'll find out tomorrow. At some point I'm going to let the kids help me make cookies for Santa. And I'm making a ham for dinner, but we're not expecting company today. Then there's a movie on TV I want to watch tonight. An older movie called Santa Claus, with Dudley Moore. I haven't seen it since I was a child, I'm looking forward to that.

Well, I'm busy. I finished putting some ornaments on my tree that I hadn't gotten on there. I've been picking up things around the house, hanging up coats, etc. I have also done a washer of clothes, hung them up and have another one in the washer. I have cooked my cornbread for my dressing and have my chicken in the pressure cooking for that. I have my dining room table fixed for tomorrow. I still have all my gifts to wrap, but some are going in bags. I still have to cook my cake, put on my potatoes for potato salad, and I am sure I can find another dozen things to do. I don't feel that good today (I've been having a stuffed up head, dizziness and nausea with it lately) and I'd love to do absolutely nothing. But, with all the kids coming tomorrow, I guess I had better get things done around here.

You sure do sound busy. I don't do much from scratch anymore, so most of my cooking can wait until tomorrow. The stuffing is in boxes, just have to cook it. The potatoes are instant, the yams are canned, the pie is frozen. So today I'm just making the macaroni and cheese for hubby's work party and making a ham and mashed potatoes for dinner tonight. And the only thing that will take any sort of effort tomorrow other than stuffing the turkey, will be the green bean casserole.

Well, I am sort of busy, but I'm doing it all at my leisure - do a little gift wrapping, cook a little, eat a little, sure, I have to compute a little! I think I have about a half of the gifts wrapped. Some I just put in gift bags. I do have shirts to wrap and some movies and my husband's billfold, which is all I got him. I know he has me one thing, since I was the receipt from the Internet, and it came in other day. We usually just go buy what we need in the way of clothes, and I didn't need anything else. I have my chicken cooked for my dressing now. I also have my sweet potatoes cooked for my pies. I am also, in the midst of all this, making chili for our supper! I have also done 2 more washers of clothes since typing the above comment! I do need to put a cake in the oven because tonight my oven is going to be occupied by a BIG ham! My husband's boss gave them all a huge ham. I wish it was a smaller spiral ham like we had at Thanksgiving, but beggar's can't be choosers. At least I didn't have to pay for the ham, so I bought a Butterball turkey brea&t and paid more for it than I paid for the one for Thanksgiving, AND it's smaller. But I didn't have time to run 35 minutes away today just to get a turkey brea&t, besides waisting gas!

I have no plans for today, the quicker it goes the better really. I hate xmas eve, it always seems to go so slow! My kids are just watching dora the explorer xmas special but I do not think there is much else on other than that!

We went out shopping earlier but we only went to a few stores and then we got dinner out. After that, we dropped my friend off because she stayed the night at my house last night and came home before I took a nap. Now, I know it's late and all and technically Christmas but we're baking some last minute cookies for gifts and for snaking purposes. That pretty much covers it.

Well, this is a little late, but I'll tell you what I did today lol. I bathed all 3 kids by myself since my husband worked till lunch. Then I ran down to my parents house to use their fax. Then I came back and made a quick lunch so we could all get ready to go. We went to my Uncle and Aunts house for dinner and presents. I baked cookies Sunday so all we had to do when we got home was put them out with some milk for santa. Now the kids are going to bed and I have to throw together one last present for our middle one before we put all the presents under the tree. I think I know what Christmas movie you are talking about. Is it the one where he makes the candy canes that make the kids fly? I think they did. And there was a little red head girl who makes friends with a boy named joe off the streets. I love that movie.

Hi, believe you have had a happy Christmas eve with the family. The Santa Claus is loved by people everywhere. You must have enjoyed it very much with your kids. How about the puzzle you were intrigued by. Funny and meaningful? Want to share with us, or just keep it with yourself? As for me, I have posted earlier, I watched a music contest for teenagers in piono and violin, followed by a Hungarian concert. Merry Chistmas and happy new year!

I don't have any concrete plans for today. I might go out later and grab a few last minute things, but I am not really sure yet. The kids and I are just hanging out in the family room at my brothers house while my brother and his family catch a short nap.

Today i was out doing the last bit of my Christmas shopping i usually don't leave it this late but was unable to pick up my partners and dads present until today due to them not having them in stock till today. No i am just waiting for my partner to finish his tea and we are off to drop the presents off at my parents and then we will come back home relax and watch a bit of TV until bedtime. I am going to try and get an early night as i just know the younger kids are going to be up early tomorrow as they are all very excited.

Let me see - it is 10 a.m. and so far I have bought 2 gifts (one more to go) visited guests at a villa where I work part time. They were out shopping so I have to go back today to assist them in any way. Dropped my son off at the doctor and been to the bank. I am at work until about 2 today. I will buy lunch for the staff today and drinks. I have to reach the pharmacy to get medication, go home and cook the ham, season the turkey, check culery and plates an napkins for lunch for 14 tomorrow. Wrap a few gifts, prepare a sweet potato dish, clean salads, check on glasses, tablecloths and a million other things to do. go to Midnight service, collapse in bed for a few hours sleep before the twins wake. Christmas Blessings
