Reduced mylot earnings.

I have read a lot on many forums that "mylot will decrease" your earnings for this or that post.
Is it true does mylot decrease earnings also???

I have not faced that problem yet and I wish that I would not face in future too but I have seen many people here at mylot saying that their earning has been decreased. Well, mylot as certain guidelines and rules if a discussion would try to overrule them, then the discussion would be deleted and the earning for that discussion will be decreased.
