Battle of the desserts: Ice cream or cake?

I love both, but if I had to pick, it would be cake.

I always love ice cream so my pick would definitely ice cream. Any flavor would do but I really love chocolate, strawberry, cheese, mango, avocado flavored ice cream. I think I can even eat a half gallon all by myself. I remember i was eating ice cream everyday after school even on rainy days. Even up to now I still eat it even if the whether is cold.

wooohhh...i always loved the ice cream but since its freezing cold out here id rather choose the ice cream!oh no, the cake!

Oh man! Do i have to pick one? Just give me both! Uhhh... You can do almost anything with ice cream (I mean not almost, but you know what do i mean). Mix it with strawberries, cherries, chocolate syrup... Banana split!! Oh God I want some ice cream right now!

Oh my this is a hard dission lol. I love both of them so much. If I'd have to choose between both I think I pick cake. It would have to be red velvet cake though I love that kind with the cream cheese frosting. Yummy to the tummy lol. What about you?

Mmmm I'm a cake person. I love white cake with chocolate frosting! I'm not much of an ice cream person. The only time I really eat ice cream is in the winter, I know, I'm weird. I do not like ice cream in the summer when it's hot - it's like the sweetness of ice cream and the heat make me feel sick. When it's cold outside, I like ice cream more. My favorite flavor of ice cream is peanut butter/chocolate from Baskin Robbins. I can taste it already!

can i go for an ice cream cake about me, it depends on my mood or how it will attract me. but most of the time i eat a drumstick ice cream...

Do I have to choose? I don't wanna, you can't make me. I guess if you're gonna make me choose, I'll choose ice cream. Ice cream is good anytime.

Well, given the choice, I would prefer Ice cream over cake. This is because I love ice cream more as compared to the cake. It is also great to enjoy having the cold soft feeling over your mouth as compared to cake which is somewhat dry.

Even though it's hot here in the Philippines, I always prefer the cake :D But if it's rocky road ice cream over chocolate cake then I'd have a harder time choosing between the two. But I like cake in general, especially if it was made nicely. I don't like bread-cake, the kind of cake that tastes more like bread than cake.

Can I have both??? I love eating cake and icecream simultaneously. I'm a sweet tooth person and I love dessert especially ice cream and cake!!! Just ate a cake now I'm eating fruit salad... yummy!!!!

i love both. its really hard to choose between the two. another factor for me to consider in choosing would probably be the flavor for both. since i'm not much into chocolate flavoring for ice cream, i'd automatically choose chocolate cake over chocolate ice cream. however, this may not be the case for other flavors like vanilla, etc.

Not just any ice-cream, Ben en Jerry caramal chew chew is the ultimate winner for me! . I love caramel, I love ice-cream, I love supporting good causes and I love it even more when all of it comes by the pintfull! Oh, delicious sin... .

Hi modstar, both ice cream and cake are my favorite desserts. If I could, I would like to take both of them at the same time. It's a wonderful matching! Very often my mouth would water at the sight of these delicious desserts If I were given the chance to pick either one only, I then would think first. Okay, let say if I’m hungry and haven’t taken any food yet, I think I would better choose the cake. So I could take lots of them with my empty stomach . I’m not picky and I like all kinds of cakes. Anyway I love cheese cake with coffee flavor as topping the most. If I have finished taking meal, I would like to pick ice cream as it is one of the desserts that I like to take after taking meals. I’m a great fan of coffee, definitely I prefer to have the smooth and luscious coffee ice cream. posting and have a nice day.

I prefer cake over ice cream. I don't eat too much ice cream. My 3 year old grand daughter would eat ice cream all day every day if I would let her. She loves ice cream.

hi it would be a battle when choosing between ice-cream and cake.i love both and would never like to lose them.among all the flavours of ice-cream,my favourite is chocolate,i just love it.and i also love the chocolate cake.but my first prefernce would be for chocolate icecream and then cake. bye!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am going to go with the ice cream. I can go for some ice cream at any time but it seems I have to be in a decent mood for cake.
