when will the worldwide recession end?

It's probably going to get worse before it will get better. It is just my personal opinion but I feel like we have passed the recession stage and moved on in to depression. My daughter argues this point with me however. But then she always thinks that everything will take care of itself. I fear that one day she is going to find herself in a predicament with no way out because she never learns from the past or plans for the future.

Those bailouts will start 'working' (having an effect) at the end of 2009. It takes about 12-14 months for fiscal policies to start showing some progress in economy. (if i can call that a progress). Job cuts will probably stop in March or April.
