Why do most songs today keep using "Hey!" & "Whoa!" over and over??

"We pop champagne" "Hey!" "We pop champagne" "Hey!" "Just live your life" "Heyyyy heeyyyyy heeyyyy" "Just live your life" "Heyyyyy heeyyyy hheeeyyy" "Shorty got low, low low" "Hey!" WTF is up with that? Its so stupid, lame, and unoriginal. That's why most music today SUCKS. The exceptions are few and far in between.

You are right, thats how the songs go. Me myself like the slow contemporary music, But you got to hand it to them. It has a nice beat.

I know what you're talking about, man. I agree with you, to me most music today does tend to fall on the uncreative side. I listen to what some of the "young'ns" around me are listening to and all I hear is the chorus being repeated again and again and yet, again. With acouple of paragraphs thrown in between. Any hoo, not all the songs suck completely. And not everybody listens to the words. To some people all that matters is that the song has a good groove and something to dance to. As for the "hey & hooo", to me it's just an form of expression. To let others know that it's time to yell out let loose, and have good time. This goes to show different strokes for different folks cause not everyone's got to yell out "Hey, Whoe!!" to have a good time.:)

Maybe because they add this words just to make the music longer....:)
