Can you read and work on weekdays ?

I have peculiar problem .I am working in a college on weekdays and simultaneously doing MBA in a distance programme and preparing for PSUs .The problem is that I have senior who doesn't know work nither he is fit nor able to perform his duties .Most of the days he is absent and I have to perform his work regardless of his presence.therefore I am always overburdened, Now the problem has worsen as the senior has also started making wrong statements against me. When I came to know I was a bit upset . Please suggest me what to do ? Can you perform your duties in such conditions and simultaneously prepare for the coming challenges ?
