Are there certain words that when you look at them, they just don't look right?

yeah sometimes but if u keep starin at a word it will also look like that ! happy lottin and have a nice day

Words ending in -ence or -ance are the bane of my existence - so are the verbs that the final consonent is NOT doubled when adding -ed. In fact whether consonents (consonnents?) are doubled or not I have to look up many times, whether they occur on the end or not - (would it be occured or occurred?) Typing at home is no problem, I use Firefox. I'm at work now using Internet Explorer so I'm at the mercy of my lack of intelligence. That would be a good name for a game - Intelligence Explorer ...

this happens a lot to me and it is always the simplest of words that do this, strange isn't it, it must be a trick of the mind I think...
