EON Card Users!! Please Help!!!

Merry Christmas everyone. I just want to ask some questions. I was really upset with what happened to my withdrawal in my paypal to be transferred to my eon card account. They say that i provided a wrong bank information. I was charged 14 dollars.I am really confused on what to do. I just want to ask in adding bank accounts, which number i am going to put, is it the card number itself which is 16 digits, or the account number at the bottom if the card which is 12 digits??Please confirm it to me please!!With regard with the name of the bank account, is it okay to put there " Unionbank Of The Philippines"??I don't want to pay another 14 dollars for the second time. Your response will be much appreciated.

For EON card, you have to input the 12 digit account number at the bottom. Also make sure that the name on your EON is the same as the name listed your paypal account. Hope this helps!

It not the number on card dear. You have to consult with your bank executive. You might be having a pas book. Or while filling a cheque you might be filling an account number. Please ask your bank executive/manager. As far as i know the bank is good in customer relationship management. So ask them and you will get correct answer. Dont rely totally on mylot information. And dont forget to ask the IFSC code
