YESI KNOW BECAUSE IAM STUDYING MBBS. there are more complications besides diseases. as you know we must maintain a normal blood pressure should be maintained is 120/80 mm hg. other factors also favour the cause of heart problems like diabetes which is more common in obese persons. kidney damage occurs due to altered bllod pressure. what do you think about this? are you preventing it, or you are already subjected to it. in my words PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE

After years of having a BP of 115/80 mine did a turn around and I was diagnosed with high blood pressure that turns out to run in my family as my daughter was also diagnosed some years later. There were signs but they were so subtle I didn't realize what they were. Feeling of anxiety, constant migraines, uncontrollable sighing, changes in eye sight. When the doctor asked me if I was having these symptoms I was amazed that this so-called symptomless condition had so many symptoms. I constantly have to watch my salt and avoid prepared foods with salt. I look at virtually every package of food I buy and bypass anything with a large amount of sodium. I make homemade soup instead of buying the canned. I still salt my food as it isn't the salt I add but the salt that's in my food that causes the problem.
