Not my usual Christmas

I am not so happy this Christmas because the usual "enjoyable" things have not happened. First, I was not able to complete the nine mornings or even attended half of it. Second, the usual celebration on the 24th did not happen. No program, no games. Everything was postponed to happen this day.I just hope those postponed activities will be realized now. Hahai. However, the good thing about this not so enjoyable day is that I realized more its essence. I understood more its significance; that it is not only about "happy-happy" stuff but more of realizing that it is the birth of Christ who saved us. Thank you God for the realization.

I agree.
Something we tend to forget, is what Christmas is all about.
The Stores have turned Christmas into a fairy tail.
And we all enjoy it. (when we have the money to spend for it)
And it is not bad to enjoy Christmas in the Fairy Tale way.
But, it is not to be forgotten the real meaning of Christmas.
