iphone at walmart for under $100?

I heard sometime ago that an iphone was gonna go for under a $100 soon at walmart. That's even cheaper than the chinaphone iphone clone I just got and it doesnt't even have GPS...but its got analog TV. Figures...just my luck. LOL!
Can anyone stateside verify this? Are cheap iphones coming to walmart's shelves?
