If you CAN'T give your loved ones or anyone else MATERIAL GIFTS for the holiday season, what would you GIVE or WISH them instead?

As someone said it is not the gift but the thought behind the gift which counts..for me if u hand made a gift for me is a bigger sign of someone showing how much i m wanted then if he gets a gold chain from a store packed... but if i dont have money then this has to be said if possible face to face and if not then on phone

My sister gave me a brand new Scrabble dictionary... that is better than a gold chain any day! 
I had only good wishes to give in return, but she said I provide a sort of 'spiritual sanctuary' for them so I am forgiven for being broke, . Nevertheless, I can see clearly that this situation needs a solution! Overnight success sounds good to me!

Getting a Scrabble dictionary, huh? I love Scrabble!!! Well, I wish you life's equivalent of a triple word score using all your seven letters!!!
And oh, I got the book by Farina. I'm excited to read it. I'm currently about to get done with one book and then I'll start it.

You know what, only recently, I was hoping to buy some gift for someone very close. And the thing which caught my attention was very expensive and I couldn't buy it. felt sorry for I thought that would have been most apt and thoughtful. Then, I realised, I was never like this. Material hardly mattered to me and earnest wishes, love, the integrity and belonging all matter so much more. I would give my loved ones some infinite dose of love, hugs and wishes. And also I would wish that the feeling of bond and love and the conviction to have faith in each other and to stand for their causes never cease to exist.
Hope you understand.
