I wrote an article on the purpose of Christmas for the Christian, and I thought I would like to share it with all of you here, at least those who have "Jesus Christ" as an interest group. I'm sorry I can't paste it here (since I don't have my 500 posts as of yet). Here is the link to the article if you would like to read it. http://www.bukisa.com/articles/18413_the-purpose-of-christmas-for-the-christian Wow, I hope I typed that out right. Anyway, I would like to hear from people, whether you agree or not, about your thoughts on the article.

Hello brianjames! What a lovely article. I can feel the sincerity of your words there. You are right, the main purpose of Christmas is Jesus Christ, not material things or any things. But it's a good thing that we see Christmas as a celebration and giving to each other. But we should not forget the real meaning of this. I love this line in your article "So, to quote the cliche, Christians need to remember that "Jesus is the reason for the season."
