Favorite present

I love most all my gifts. We got some plates and glasses and cutlery that we collect. I also got several homeknitted woolen socks, and a blanket made by my mother in law + books and music I really like. I think the most carefully selected gifts, the one that I was really happy to find, was a CD for my mom. I'm not taking anything back except some cutlery that had the wrong design.

I have to say that one of my favourite gifts that came from the heart was the picture frame my 8 year old son made for me. It was a simple wooden frame decorated around the age with a picture of my son in. The other one was the camcorder i received from my partner it means that i am able to record my daughters judo fights and her athletics competitions. I will also be able to video all my four boys at different events.

My favorite present this year was my iphone.

My favorite gift was one that only God could have given. My mother being able to be home for Christmas. It didn't have a bow. It didn't have colored paper. It came with a lot of medical equipment, paperwork and bittersweet knowledge, but it is the best one I could have received ever. I didn't have a lot of money to get gifts this year, so my gift of the heart would probably have to be caring for my mother. Although I'm getting help from hospice, and I know my daughter would help in a pinch, I can't see anyone else doing this but me. She's helped me more than once when I was down and now it's my turn. I haven't received anything I'd return to any store. I like all of them.

this year far the best christmas ever for me. because we actually wrap gift and set up a christmas tree for once. my best gift is a unstoppable watch, which my girlfreidnbought me.

I still didn't get my favorite one because my mom didn't call me. I leave far away from home so that's why. At this moment I really don't care about tangible stuff, nothing can replace that feeling when I hear my mom's voice.
