For some people, Chrismas is their most favorite holiday. It is one for me, but I love celebrating New Year more. My Chrismas this year would have been happy or happier if my husband is here. He is in Iraq right now, and it breaks my heart to know that he'll be spending his Christmas inside a tent, where he sleep temporarily. This is just one thing I don't like this Christmas, I'm not with the person I love. Other than that I'll be fine.. This goes to people out there, who's not with their partners and/or families at this moment. How about you, is there something you don't like about Christmas generally or just this year?

I really enjoy Christmas, but the one thing that I can't stand about the holiday season is the craziness that comes along with shopping for gifts, food, decorations, etc. It seems like people can just be so rude when it comes to shopping. Especially this year...that guy was killed the day after Thanksgiving with the Black Friday shopping. That's just horrible. No materialistic gifts are worth that. So, I usually like to do shopping a little early to avoid all of it. However, I did have to run out and pick up a few last minute gifts this year. Luckily I just went to a couple of smaller stores, so it wasn't too bad.

It's true that unnecessary stress could really spoil the Holidays. I mean, everyone's rushing to give someone gifts because they have to rather than because they want to. Not to mention that everything only resorts to having lesser funds for the next year. Plus, most of the gifts are bought without thinking anymore. That's why we do end up with odd-gifts which we neither want nor know what to do with. I also do my Christmas shopping early, to avoid the stress. Season's Greetings MyLoT!!

I don't have a partner but I am glad. What I don't like about Christmas is the false love that is being display. I despite it because I don't know why someone should only show Love on Christmas Day why not all the day of the year.

Am so against that too. Well, a lot of people are like that. Pretending to be what they're not, just to get gifts or favors this holidays, that is just awful. Sometimes I think Christmas is overrated, people are drawn over buying things and shopping, and not even think about what Christmas really is for. On the good side, at least there's this time when people who have more thought of sharing of what they have to others who have less.. I see it more on a good side..

The one who has less has it for eleven months and about two weeks. Why don't people realize that it is not only on the 25th December unfortunate persons want help. The poor, the needy and the unfortunate children want to feel love every day. This love will propels them to try and achieve. After the 25th they are left on their own again until the next year. I think that this is stupid and does not symbolize what the meaning of Jesus Christ is all about.

Christmas is cool. Infact this year it is cold. I am happy it is a holiday. i am happy Jesus was born. But hey I am a Hindu I do not celebrate Christmas. But still then I am happy as atleast some people in the world are happy and making merry in this world of Islamic terrorism. so merry christmas to all of you.

one thing i hate about christmas is spending money to buy gifts for loved ones. hehe! because it makes me stress out thinking of what to buy, budgeting, the demands of your friends and families, the christmas rush, the last minute shopping, traffic and etc. but then again, it is a great feeling that you can give others and share your blessings with them. it makes you feel happy and it will not also be complete if no gift-giving every christmas you know. =)

For many it is the time of the year where families spend and enjoy altogether. What I don't like is the envy I feel seeing other families together. I am really envious because I don't feel completely happy. Somehow something is missing. A complete family. As far as I can remember I spend my Christmas with my mom, my younger brother and our old folks. But I wish my dad was here together with us. Won't you feel envious seeing a complete family together for Christmas? Same may apply to you as your husband is away from you during this great occasion.

I feel the same. My parents and siblings are not here where I am, I would feel a little better if they are, but they're in Philippines, and I'm here in US. Nothing makes a Christmas more meaningful if spent with your own family. Anyway, holidays is almost over. And I'm looking forward to the next Christmas, where my husband will be home for good. Anyway, there are still reasons to be happy about this holidays. Merry Christmas again

What I don't like about Christmas? I miss my family. My mother lost her fight with cancer and I felt so lonely without her this year. It is so hard, but much harder during the Christmas.

I love Christmas, but even if we're busy and all, I can't help but feel the loneliness of the season. I don't really understand it, even if everyone is around you, I still have that feeling of being lonesome. Seems like I miss someone terribly and I don't really know who. I guess it's because of the cold air, the hustle and bustle, not to mention the ornaments around which somehow links my emotion. That's what I don't like about Christmas, there's some kind of 'loneliness' that I feel. Not to mention the fact that after a few days, you'd have to go back to work.. That's something I really don't like.

The one thing I don't like about Christmas is the traffic. Both in malls and on the road. People has the tendency to flock the malls and shop during the last minute of the season.

One thing I feel is that Christmas should be a week holiday instead of one day cos it is the most meaningful holiday/season.
