Has anyone Joined WF3D? How is this?

I came across this WF3D program.. I am not sure how exactly it works and is it a scam or good paying thing if I invest..
Can someone plz help.

WorkFor3Dollars is a matrix program that will pay you for each person you refer, and who your referrals refer up to nine levels. It is legitimate, many people have already been paid at least once, and they have free ebooks you can download.
I've been a member for a while with zero referrals, so if you're interested, could you join using my ref link?
It is also a list building program so if you use it that way, you can send emails to your referrals if needed. Maybe you'll be able to recruit some of them to your other money making websites.

I check the WF3D site and saw I gave the wrong information. They pay on 15 referral levels and not 9.

Yes, the work is only to get referrals.
The WorkFor3Dollars site tells you how much they pay in each level
When you refer the first three, you will earn $1 for each,
plus $0.50 for each since they would be directly referred
When the next 7 are referred, you will earn $0.12 for each,
plus $0.50 for each if they were also directly referred
The amount you earn would be about $8.84 USD.
